- Work with architecture and/or design firm to coordinate and provide supplemental design support as needed
Project Management
Our project manager will coordinate between end users, building management, manufacturers, and installers to ensure that the installation goes smoothly and that deadlines are met.
Your project manager will:
- Create proposals and place orders
- Track furniture deliveries
- Determine building restrictions and accessibility
- Coordinate delivery and installation schedule
- Attend construction meetings and oversee installation on site
- Resolve punch issues as needed
